Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Oaka Lane. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you're welcome to return your item for an exchange or store credit (no refunds).
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for full-price items only.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- We recommend trying on items as soon as they arrive to ensure you can return them within the timeframe.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@oakalane.com to request a returns form.
- We'll send you a returns form via email.
- Complete the form and include it inside your parcel as well as email us a copy.
- Be sure to include your Order Number (you can find this in your confirmation email).
- Send your returns via registered post - Please note: Oaka Lane is not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once your return is received and processed, we'll issue you a discount code for future use.

Processing
Once your return is received, it will go through a quality check.
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as it's approved.
- For store credit, you’ll receive a discount code via email (valid for 6 months).
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You'll receive an update once complete.
Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- Oaka Lane is not liable for lost returns - we strongly recommend using a trackable service.
